Phillips & Marek was engaged to shape the brand, produce a website and create collateral material for Mountain Laurel Therapy, a private practice based in Austin, TX. The practice takes its name from the Mountain Laurel, a native bloom that grows wild throughout the Texas Hill Country. That origin became our creative north star. Drawing from the flower’s quiet strength and natural beauty, we crafted an aesthetic and voice rooted in the spirit of growth and transformation. It also reflects the owner’s deep commitment of helping her clients flourish.

Wordmark: Our client requested development of a wordmark that was clean, efficient, dependable, inclusive and trustworthy.

Color: Using muted purples and greens, the Mountain Laurel Therapy palette evokes trust, growth and serenity, creating a calm and empowering space that reflects the journey of healing.

Website: The custom site reflects the client’s chosen name and brand vision. The new color palette and wordmark were incorporated throughout, and the web copy was crafted to convey growth, resilience and transformation. We also created imagery and developed content that creates a warm, inviting and professional experience for clients.
